Tracking: eBay standard envelope tracking is done via USPS sorting machines, and sometimes will mark them as delivered at a hub or local office.  The item may show as 'delivered' but could take an additional 24-48 hours.  If it has been over 48 hours from the 'delivered' status please contact your local Post Office facility to follow-up.
